ABOUT OUR TEAM
Prior to establishing YQC Properties LLC in 2008, YouQian (Jenny) C. Brown managed apartment properties in Washington and Oregon for an S&P 500 company and another regional firm where she was responsible for the financial and operational performance of large (300-unit or more) apartment properties. YouQian holds a Real Estate Managing Broker’s license in Washington and a Real Estate Property Manager’s license in Oregon. She has over 15 years of experience managing multi-family housing and single-family homes.
